We are currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual with experience and skills in traditional consumer and digital marketing, social media and ad planning. Ideal candidate is experienced (2 years minimum), ready to take on a variety of tasks, work with outside vendors and internal staff members. This position is highly tactical and requires a championing of ideas and campaign execution. Candidates must be able to use communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. Photography background an added bonus though not required.
In this role, candidates will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various projects, including advertising campaigns, product launches and utilizing online tools such as Hootsuite and Google Analytics. Must also be able to promote our brand through multiple platforms including advertising, events, promotions, and social media. Position requires design capabilities and envisioning campaigns tied to metrics and established goals.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Digital Marketing – manage bi-weekly email campaigns, homepage banner marketing calendar, paid social and digital campaigns.
- Conceptualize promotions and programs –sales programs, customer contests, and strategic partnerships with the goal to drive traffic into the store and to the website. Cross team collaboration necessary with event/education team.
- Advertising – Drive the design process, manage ad calendar, adhere to co-op guidelines, and stay within budget.
- Google analytics – help research recommend campaigns based on campaign performance.
2 years experience in marketing (Event planning experience a bonus)
Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Powerpoint (or Keynote)
Strong writing skills
Highly organized and detail driven
