Glazer’s Camera Through the Years
When Ed Glazer started Glazer’s Camera back in 1935, business was built on a handshake. He made sure the people he served were friends first – clients second. Now, 80 years and three generations later, Glazer Camera, is still run by the family.
Glazer’s strives to adhere to Ed’s founding philosophy and operates with the goal of being a true partner to the community. Glazer’s offers the broadest product mix anywhere in the Northwest from cameras to lighting, video equipment to everyday accessories and runs one of the largest rental departments in the country. All of this backed by friendly, expert service and a common goal to find the right products for each client.
As Glazer’s celebrates 80 years, it embarks on its most significant milestone yet, building a new store right in South Lake Union in the same spot where the original South Lake Union store stood until last year. At 14,000 square feet on two levels, it will be a wonderful destination for photographers and videographers of all stripes.
